As a managing partner, W. Alan Lilley’s primary interest of practice is personal injury, family law, and commercial and business litigation.   Before attending law school, Alan worked in the Gulf of Mexico oilfields to pay for his education.  This unique experience has been invaluable in handling cases involving workers injured in oilfield related accidents.

Alan has successfully litigated in several different fields including automobile, premises liability, maritime cases, products liability cases, commercial and corporate litigation, medical malpractice, large disaster cases, worker’s compensation and domestic matters.

Alan is a member of the American Association for Justice, he’s listed as one of Acadiana’s Top Lawyers and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Alan received his law degree from Louisiana State University Law School in 1982 and his Bachelor’s Degree in History from Northwestern State University in 1978.
